JOB TASK

Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime claims, payroll deductions, advance payment, and others. Able to lead improvement on payroll system. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll. Ensuring proper documentation of payroll documentations and safe keeping of employee personal files. Reconciliation of payroll reports and generating payroll-related monthly report timely basis. Maintaining and updating payroll information, employee database and resolving any discrepancies. Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures. To register the new employee details into the system. Support and organize training courses based on training plan. Developing ad hoc HR payroll reports as required.  Able to quickly resolve people’s problem. To undertake all activities relating to Employee Welfare, Compensations, Benefits, including insurance coverage and claims.  Recruitment and retention efforts for employees across the organization. Assist in other HR duties which may be assigned from time to time.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint  Knowledge in Boss and Dayforce payroll system is advantageous Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills Experience in handling complete cycle employment of foreign employees. Able to work with minimal supervision and willing to learn and accept new responsibilities. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Admin or equivalent. Knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF and Labor Law is an added advantage At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
