Human Resource Consultant II

Summary: Seeking a Human Resource Consultant with public trust clearance to lead HR initiatives and collaborate across departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree 10 years of Human Resources experience Onsite presence required 3 days a week

Preferred Skills:

Public Trust Clearance in FDA

Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between HR division and other departments Handle performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning Develop and implement HR materials and policies Lead multiple projects and oversee staff

Pay Details: $32.00 to $43.00 per hour
