THE OPPORTUNITY

The HR Employer Brand & Employee Lifecycle Intern will help strengthen Chipotle’s employer brand and improve key stages of the employee journey. This role partners closely withCulture and Employee Experience (C&EX),Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, andother centers of excellenceto support projects that enhance how candidates and employees experience Chipotle—fromrecruitingand onboarding throughtransition and exit.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

Support development of employer brand content that highlights Chipotle’s values, culture, career growth, and purpose.

Assistwith creating copy, visuals, and employee stories for social media, career sites, internal channels, and recruitment campaigns.

Track performance metrics for branding and recruitment marketing campaigns; recommend insights-driven improvements.

Helpmaintaincontent libraries, photo assets, and brand consistency across platforms.

Employee Lifecycle & Experience Support

Help design and enhance employee lifecycle communications (onboarding emails, milestone messages, engagement programs, etc.).

Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices in employee experience, onboarding, and culture-building initiatives.

Assistwith organizing data and feedback from surveys, focus groups, and listening channels toidentifyopportunities for improvement.

Partner on projects that support belonging, recognition, and career development initiatives.

Project Coordination & Operations

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support project planning, timelines, and deliverables.

Assistwith updating documentation, process maps, and resource materials for HR teams.

Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboardssummarizingprogram outcomes and insights.

Provide administrative support for employer branding and lifecycle programs as needed.

How to design and support consistent experience touchpoints across the entire employee lifecycle.

Hands-on experience in HR communications, content development, storytelling, and project management.

Exposure to Chipotle’s values-driven culture and people-first approach to talent.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or relatedfield.

Strong writing and communication skills; interest in storytelling and brand voice.

Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling content.

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)a plusbut notrequired.

Passion for people, culture, and deliveringan outstandingemployee experience.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Pay rate is $25 per hour, depending on skill level, experience, and/ oreducation. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
