Recruitment: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.Onboarding: Coordinate new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientations.Employee Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical personnel files for compliance. Benefits Admin: Support open enrollment and handle basic inquiries regarding PTO and insurance.Payroll Support: Verify timecards and assist in processing weekly or bi-weekly payroll.
