Human Resources AssistantHybrid schedule: In-office Monday–Wednesday, remote Thursday–FridayFlexible start times between 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM for an 8-hour workday

We’re looking for a highly organized, people-focused Human Resources Assistant to support high-volume hiring across 140 retail locations in 30 states. This role plays a critical part in keeping field recruiting and onboarding operations running smoothly while a team member is on leave.

You’ll partner closely with store managers and the recruiting team to manage the administrative side of the hiring process, ensuring every candidate has a seamless, professional onboarding experience. This is a fast-paced, operations-driven role, with approximately 80% of your time focused on backend coordination, including offer processing, onboarding, and compliance-related tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
