Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to join their team. As a Human Resource Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting the overall administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a compassionate approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resource Assistant

Location: East Longmeadow, MA

Pay Range: $18- $20 per hour

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and documentation Support recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain accurate employee records and files Coordinate communication between HR and other departments Provide general support to HR team members as needed

What's Needed?

2+ years of experience in an HR role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
