The Human Resources Analyst coordinates and implements activities and projects within the HR department as assigned. They provide administrative, operational, and clerical support to the department's leadership team, actively participating in recruitment and onboarding processes for new talent.
\n\nWhat will your responsibilities be?\nAs a Human Resources Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the department in a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Specifically, you will be expected to perform the following duties to the highest standards:
\n\n\nCoordinate and follow up on HR department activities and projects.
\n\n\nParticipate in the recruitment process: posting job openings, screening résumés, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
\n\n\nAssist in onboarding processes for new hires, including organizing inductions, preparing employee files, and coordinating welcome activities.
\n\n\nMaintain communication with other departments on HR-related matters.
\n\n\nHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, packages, emails).
\n\n\nAnswer phone calls and assist team members and visitors with their inquiries.
\n\n\nDraft and manage communications on behalf of the department.
\n\n\nPerform administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing.
\n\n\nWelcome and receive team members and visitors to the HR area.
\n\n\nMaintain an organized and up-to-date filing system, especially related to new hire processes and personnel files.
\n\n\nMonitor and restock office supplies as needed.
\n\n\nImmediately report any unsafe conditions.
\n\n\nParticipate in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
\n\n\nBe familiar with and follow established emergency procedures.
\n\n\nKeep the workspace clean and organized.
\n\n\nFoster positive working relationships with other departments, employees, and guests.
