Job Title: HR Intern

In this role, you will partner closely with the HR Business Partner team to support both strategic and operational initiatives that impact business outcomes. Through this hands-on experience, you’ll gain valuable exposure to key HR functions, including employee engagement, talent management, retention processes and workforce analytics. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

Be the primary point of contact for employees in LATAM about systems and general information. Create and maintain key performance indicators for LATAM. Drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement through various intern projects Assist with various aspects of HR and work with managers on the following: employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, career development and talent acquisition Assist in creating tools and employee resources. Help gather, analyze, and interpret employee data (e.g., turnover rates, engagement survey results) to inform HR strategies and decisions. Assist team with candidate workflow, onboarding and exit processes Collaborate and provide administrative assistance to HR team on Ad Hoc related projects 

 

Benefits Responsibilities:

Review, process, and verify accuracy of benefits-related invoices. Support new hires with benefit enrollment processes, ensuring timely and accurate enrollments in coordination with vendors. Manage benefit offboarding for terminating employees, including removal of benefits, communication of expectations, and adherence to compliance requirements. Assist with annual benefits renewal processes, including gathering data, coordinating with vendors, and supporting benefit renewal activities. Respond to ad hoc employee benefit inquiries, providing clear and accurate information in a timely manner. Oversee and manage the LATAM tuition reimbursement and fitness reimbursement programs, ensuring compliance with policy guidelines and timely processing of requests.

Education: 

Graduation Student in Psychology, Business Administration.
