Human Capital Technology Analyst

Job Description & Summary

For those who power what’s next. Not for everyone.

We’re a team that drives transformation from within. This is where operational excellence meets strategic influence, where internal teams collaborate, lead, and build the foundation that powers the firm forward.

We’re for those who think beyond functions and processes, who see the big picture, move ideas into action, and know how to shape impact from the inside out. If you’re ready to guide teams, lead cross-functional change, and elevate how business gets done, this is your next move.

Solve what others can’t. Grow as much as you dare. Belong in your own way.

We’re looking for a Human Capital Technology Analyst to join our high-performing Human Capital team. You’ll lead strategic initiatives across procurement, risk & quality, finance, technology, and more—advising on key priorities, improving operational efficiency, and enabling the business to deliver greater impact.

SOLVE WHAT OTHERS CAN’T.

We’re working for something bigger than ourselves. You’ll be proud to be part of it. Your job description:

Oversee and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring reliability, data integrity, and user accessibility.

Identify opportunities to enhance HR systems, implement new features, and optimize existing functionalities for evolving business needs.

Lead and coordinate system implementation and upgrade projects, managing timelines and stakeholders expectations.

Analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for system enhancements and process improvements.

Provide technical support and training to HR team members, ensuring efficient use of the HRIS and related tools.

Work closely with global technology teams to implement updates, integrate new modules, and resolve complex system issues.

Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports, offering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Assist in the integration of HR systems with other business applications/tools, enhancing overall efficiency and user experience.

Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations while leveraging industry best practices in HR system management.

GROW AS MUCH AS YOU DARE.

We’re a team made for those who thrive on feedback, who are committed to learning by doing, and who see challenges as opportunities. What you bring to the team:

3-5 years in HRIS administration, system improvements, project management, or business analysis roles.

Proficiency in HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, along with advanced Excel capabilities.

Demonstrated success in managing projects, from planning to execution, with a focus on system improvements.

Ability to identify optimization opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.

Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal HR stakeholders and clients, as well as with global technology teams.

Willingness to transition from internal HC responsibilities to client-facing advisory roles.

BELONG, IN YOUR OWN WAY.

We have created a workplace where we socialize, connect, learn, experiment and create. We support each other and share what makes us different. A place where you can belong - just as you are. What’s in it for you:

A hybrid working model and a competitive package that values your impact.

An advanced office space designed to inspire, innovate, and support more than just work.

Career acceleration with personalized growth opportunities that align with your goals—both globally and locally.

Well-being and balance through wellness initiatives, extra leave days, and continuous development that puts you first.

We’re not for those who:

❌ Prefer operating in silos.
❌ Don’t see value in enabling others.
❌ Avoid complexity and responsibility.
