Human Capital - Marketing Manager

What the day will look like + Design and implement integrated campaigns and activation plans that support the global Human Capital marketing strategy, objectives, and content agenda. + Support the development of thought leadership, ensuring it is insight-rich, differentiated, and purposefully timed to align with market and commercial needs. + Write compelling copy and develop creative briefs for a variety of content initiatives, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. + Develop multimedia content—such as interactive social media, infographics, videos, and webinar presentations—by collaborating with creative, video production, and digital teams. + Create promotional content for product solutions—including sell sheets, videos, sales decks, and website copy—driving alignment with the Human Capital narrative. + Embed content across priority campaigns to build visibility, deepen relevance for HR buyers across value chain, and support pipeline generation across markets and client segments. + Coordinate and communicate with global and regional teams to activate campaigns, socialize assets, and drive utilization, ensuring consistent delivery across channels. + Support market research and competitive analysis, staying abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. + Monitor campaign performance by tracking KPIs and using data and analytics to refine content strategy, messaging and marketing tactics, driving measurable outcomes. + Support special content projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. How this opportunity is different We are seeking an energetic, experienced Marketing Manager to join Aon’s Global Strategic Marketing team, reporting to the Global Human Capital Marketing Director. In this role, you will support the development of the strategic marketing plan for Aon’s Human Capital business, execute strategic marketing and communications initiatives, create compelling messaging and content, and design and implement integrated campaigns across the Health, Wealth, and Talent solutions on a global scale. You will be instrumental in positioning the Human Capital narrative, value proposition messaging, and content across channels to support business goals. This will involve leveraging modern marketing formats and data-driven strategies to strengthen client engagement and drive brand growth. Skills and experience that will lead to success + 5+ years’ professional B2B and/or international marketing experience. + Bachelor's degree: marketing, business, communications, or relevant field + Marketing experience within the Human Capital consulting industry and/or in the employer health, wellbeing, and benefits space is preferred. + Skilled at creating multi-format content and implementing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels. + Strong copy writing and storytelling abilities; proficient at tailoring messaging and communications for internal and external audiences. + Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; works effectively across global and regional teams to drive adoption of campaign assets. + Exceptional project management skills to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, delivering with speed, accuracy and efficiency. + Adept at using data and analytics to inform campaign tactics, guide content decisions, and track performance. + Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, including CRM platforms, marketing automation systems (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo), social media platforms (e.g., Hootsuite), and event platforms (Webex, ON24). + Background in product marketing and experience partnering with sales, product management, and demand generation teams, is a plus. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
