**Job Description Summary** Hub Leader in north Sweden for large wind farm 20min west of Piteå. **Job Description** The Hub Leader will lead an onshore wind HUB in northern Sweden. The Hub Leader will lead the team of Technicians in the Hub to execute mainly troubleshooting and planned work on contract requirements. This unique and strategic position is a critical role accountable for optimized site operations, cost management, drive people safety. **Responsibilities** + Drive the safety culture at the site inclusive of contracted partners and customers + Drive People and operational safety in accordance with GE and Country legal requirements + Daily dispatch of crews for down turbines to perform troubleshooting + Manage the non-core activities (proactive climbs and retrofit) and bundling them as much as possible with troubleshooting activities + Be a specific customer interface for activities under his/her scope as well as to deal with customer’s general inquiries on a daily basis + Internal interface mainly with FPM, Parts, MCUs, Blades and planned maintenance, to ensure Turbines high availability and tasks bundling + People leader for technicians and wider local team + Team management, coaching and developing the team. + Strong functional knowledge in Operations and Maintenance, planning, organizing, coordinating, executing, and controlling the activities under his/her scope of work as well as drive productivity improvements + Drive results to meet the established KPI’s + Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Finance, HR to meet the deliverables. **Required Qualifications** + Strong Quality and EHS mindset + Bachelor’s Degree in technical/engineering related field, or significant experience in field service, engineering, or operations & PM in combination with an apprenticeship in business or technical related field + Significant technical experience, in Wind service business or similar business + Ability to work effectively across functions and manage in a matrix environment. + Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to become supporters + Customer focus + Strong analytical and quantitative skills + Willingness to travel **Desired Characteristics** + Strong personal interest in latest technology trends in the field of digitization and IT + Solid process and program management skills. + Strategic mindset and proven analytical skill set + Experience of having direct reports, leading teams Location: Markbygden wind farm(Piteå) Sweden **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** Yes GE Vernova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
