What the day will look like?
PA Coordinator is going to work directly with Mexico team, leading Pension Admin analysts in Colombia but also helping Mexico to set up client Pension related data, data handling, tools and platforms testing and results review.
+ Responsible for leading analyst team that is performing Pension Admin activities of varying complexity for Mexico clients.
+ Coordinate tasks between the Mexico leaders and the team in Colombia.
+ Collect feedback and deliver messaging on feedback and support to team members.
+ Address team members' challenges, doubts, or discrepancies.
+ Uses technical, analytical, and communication skills to support consultants in the delivery of administration work, with a particular focus on system testing for quality results.
+ Tests the conversion of existing clients from one pension management software to a newer platform.
+ Supports testing the pension administration system for new clients based on pension plan provisions, coordination rules, and fundamental knowledge of Mexico defined benefit plans.
+ Reviews member data in a testing capacity for consistency and accuracy.
+ Performs initial system configuration during conversion to our new platform.
+ Ensures accuracy and quality of system-generated calculations and communication statements by applying principles associated with Mexico’s framework for defined benefits and specific client knowledge to individual calculations.
+ T akes accountability and ownership of work.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (majors such as mathematics, statistics, finance, or IT related are generally preferred)
+ Postgraduate studies are desirable.
+ Experience related with pension, life insurance or finance at least 5 years.
+ Excellent technical and analytical skills and diligent with a focus on delivering high-quality work product.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with a curiosity to learn new technologies as the opportunities arise.
+ Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Advanced level of English.
