Develop and implement HSE training plans aligned with project safety objectives and client requirements.

Conduct onboarding HSE inductions for new personnel (local and expatriate) at fabrication yards, integration sites, and project offices.

Work closely with HSE, construction, and operations teams to identify training gaps and provide targeted programs.

Track training records and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ISO and client requirements.

Support incident investigations by identifying training-related contributing factors and recommending corrective actions.

Promote a safety culture through toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, and behavior-based safety initiatives.
