**Description:** Job responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the overall management and operation of the guest room department; allocate and supervise staff work, and formulate work plans. 2. Ensure that departmental costs and various expenses are well controlled. 3. According to the hotel's operational standards, conduct inspections of rooms, facilities, equipment, and various items at any time. 4. Develop the annual budget for the department and ensure that the department's operating expenses are kept within the budget. 5. Inspect the facilities and management of the guest room department, conduct random checks, and enhance the overall work quality and efficiency of the department. 6. Organize the preparation of departmental work procedures and work evaluation. Job requirements: 1. Have at least 2 years of experience in guest room management at the same star rating. 2. Familiar with professional knowledge of the guest room department, proficient in using computers. 3. Familiar with guest room management, service processes, and quality standards. 4.
