Qualifications:

Diploma III (D3) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or Engineering (minimum qualification). Professionals with 5+ years of hands-on experience as HSE Supervisors/V&V Specialists in Oil & Gas construction projects. Hold a valid AK3 Umum certification (General Occupational Safety Certification from the Ministry of Manpower). Expertise in field supervision, Verification & Validation (V&V) of HSSE compliance, and adherence to Pertamina HSSE standards and government regulations. Strong skills in risk assessments, incident investigations, and HSE audit protocols.
