EHS SUPERVISOR
Location: Boden, Sweden
Contract duration: initial 12-month contract - renewable
Start Date: ASAP
Roster: Residential (M-F, 40 hours per week)
Role Purpose
The EHS Supervisor is responsible for organizing and administrating the HSE function within a designated area of the project. The role has overall responsibility for HSE documentation, statistics, and coordination to ensure compliance and effective implementation of environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities Organize and administer HSE activities within the assigned project area Monitor the Quentic system and ensure that issues are followed up and closed on time Document meetings held within the HSE team Receive, review, and approve RAMS together with the HSE Manager and BAS-U Maintain records of: Chemicals Machinery and equipment Training and certifications Permits (including contractors) Monitor and follow up the Permit to Work process Lead daily coordination meetings and record and share outcomes with the project team
Requirements University degree in a relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety management Experience from construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations, standards, and guidelines Experience using digital systems and tools for safety management, reporting, and follow-up Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Very good English skills (written and spoken); Swedish is an advantage
