HSE Supervisor
Job Description The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing safety programs that ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety across client operations. This role is part of our client's Environment Health and Safety function and directly supports client sites by safeguarding employees and surrounding communities. Key Responsibilities Program Management: Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet both regulatory requirements and client-specific needs. Compliance Oversight: Evaluate new and existing safety programs for effectiveness and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Incident Monitoring: Support processes for tracking injury, illness, and incident-related performance. Documentation & Procedures: Maintain and update HSE playbooks and procedures to ensure they are current and effectively implemented. Team Leadership: Establish work schedules, delegate tasks, and guide team members through safety procedures and standards. Client Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert and resource for internal teams and clients regarding HSE matters. This position pays up to $120,000 annually. Skills and Requirements Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, CHST) are highly valued. Experience: 5+ years in HSE roles, preferably with supervisory or shift management experience.
