Safety first! You will provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and manage the site health program, including safety inspections, ergonomics training and ergonomics assessments, to drive a reduction in work and non work related injuries.
**How** **you** **will** **contribute**
**You** **will** **:**
+ Ensure compliance with allhealth & safety and environment regulations, requirements and standards.
+ Work on the implementation ofallHSE MondelēzHSE policies in the plant by participating and/or leading different cross-functional working groups and projects on plant, cluster and business unit levels.
+ Oversees the activities related to the HSE performance of the plant, achieving the targets, monitoringthe standards application, interpretingand reporting the progress and results.
+ Provideconsultationandguidancepercompetencyintheengineeringandautomationprojects.
+ Providesconstant dialogue between HSE function and consultancy to the management and the team leadson all HSE matters.
+ Actively promote a culture of safety first, ensuring that health and safety and sustainability standards are observed and maintained.
+ Ensure that all accidents and safety events areare reported, recorded,investigated, and corrective measures are developed based on strong root cause analysis.
+ Participate and perform HSE assessments and inspections, identify improvement areas, recommend and/or implement preventive or corrective measures.
+ Conducts briefings and trainings on personal andprocess safety, environment and sustainability standards and best in class practices.
+ Coordinatepreventativehealthandwellnessprogramstodrive a reductioninworkrelatedinjuries and to promote healthy living.
+ Maintain updated knowledge, attends trainings on HSE matters and legislation linked to the HSE domain.
