Airswift is seeking a HSE & Quality Manager to work with a major O&G client. Location: Macaé, Rio de Janeiro.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;

Lead and participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and incident investigations;

Promote a proactive HSEQ culture through awareness campaigns, training, toolbox talks, and risk assessments;

Support proposal development and tenders with technical input related to HSEQ;

Ensure compliance with Brazilian legislation and applicable offshore standards, including IOGP guidelines;

Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans across operational sites;

Engage with operational and management teams to continuously improve HSEQ performance;

Monitor contractor performance and contribute to SHEQ evaluations for new vendors.

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering required

Active CREA registration mandatory

Minimum 6 years of experience in HSEQ roles within offshore or related industrial sectors

Lead Auditor certification in at least one ISO standard (9001, 14001, or 45001)

Advanced English 

Strong knowledge of Brazilian HSEQ regulations and offshore industry standards

Familiarity with IOGP standards 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
