\n\nLead and manage the safety strategy across our HMPPS estate, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and HMPPS standards.\nDrive standardisation and consistency across DHL Workshop environments.\nPromote a proactive Safety First culture, championing continuous improvement and outstanding safety performance.\nProvide direct leadership to safety teams, fostering high performance and professional development.\nBuild strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver collaborative safety solutions.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nNEBOSH General Certificate (essential).\nProven health and safety experience in a logistics environment.\nAbility to travel regionally and beyond as operational needs dictate.\nComfortable working within a prison environment.\nStrong line management experience with a track record of developing teams.\n\n
