We are seeking an HSE Multi-Site Business Partner to take responsibility for multiple sites within the UK. This role will involve providing expert HSE and Business Continuity Management (BCM) advice, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with relevant statutory legislation. You will play a crucial role in driving business standardization and assisting with the continued adherence to our Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and other relevant HSE & BCM policies.
\n✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
\n\nOversee multiple sites within a cluster as defined by your Line Manager, adapting to changing business needs.\nProvide HSE & BCM advice, guidance, and support to enable sites to comply with statutory legislation.\nDrive business standardization and assist with adherence to HSMS and relevant HSE & BCM policies.\nCollaborate with the central HSE function to deliver functional business objectives.\nCoordinate and support Management teams in HSE & BCM initiatives at the sites.\nManage a team of site HSE managers.\n\n✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
\n\nHave previous health and safety responsibility in warehouse and transport environments.\nAre target-focused with the ability to deliver standardized programs.\nPossess strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nHave experience in driving culture change on-site, which is essential.\nAre willing to travel across the UK and beyond as operational requirements dictate.\nHold a NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent qualification.\nHave knowledge of transport, which is desirable.\n\n✅ WHY JOIN US?
