This role will support efforts to formalize, standardize, and scale our safety and risk management processes across the client’s hardware development teams and retail operations. **What You'll Do:** + Support client teams in providing ongoing safety support to the retail team across four key areas: real estate, design and development, new store opening (NSO) readiness, and ongoing operations. + Assist in creating standardized EHS guidelines and procedures for both new and existing retail locations to ensure consistency in the safety approach across the growing store footprint. + Support the establishment of a unified, comprehensive, and standardized framework for the end-to-end safety management of internal product development and testing, covering device safety information, device lifecycle management, and incident management. + Help create frameworks to determine when device-specific hazard information is required for a project, escalating safety concerns related to devices used in product testing, and for sharing essential safety information for unreleased devices distributed to internal users. + Support the formalization of criteria around device-specific safety programs including reverse logistics programs, incident management processes, and incident escalation. + Help develop a standardized process and a risk assessment template for conducting collaborative risk assessments for product testing. + Manage projects covering cross-functional risk assessment processes within EHS and stakeholder teams + Provide ad hoc support to additional projects and/or incident investigations, as needed. This role is very cross-functional - solving complex risk management challenges; working with program development, operational integration, risk partners across the enterprise, and many other functions. **What You'll Need:** + 5+ years Program Management experience preferred + 5+ years of project management / program management experience and ability to use common project management tools and processes. + Experience managing long-term or complex programs with global stakeholders. + Comfortable developing project scope and integrating changes to timeline and scale. + Ability to work flexibly with changes in priorities for long term projects and program implementation. + 3+ years HSE experience preferred + ○ Experience with developing and integrating enterprise wide HSE programs and policies while ensuring continuity of operational processes. + ○ Experience developing and implementing HSE standards, policies, and procedures. + General Experience + Experience and ability to communicate and implement process changes with key stakeholders. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Able to conduct workshops and training across multiple levels of expertise. + Experience partnering with key stakeholders to develop and implement standardized processes, programs and best practices. + Ability to manage flexibility and adjust to changing priorities and timelines, adjusting needs to meet long term goals. + Other Skills and Abilities + Work both independently and collaboratively, exercising good reasoning skills. + Experience building effective working partnerships and skilled at communicating both verbally and written with cross-functional teams and external partners. + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. + Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. + Strong organizational and analytical skills. + Ability to solve problems and to anticipate hazards. + Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. + Ability to drive decisions, lead meetings/strategy discussions, define priorities, and decide which course of action (and adjust when it needs adjusting). **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of a global leader in commercial real estate and investment services that help businesses and people thrive. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the HSE Manager position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the HSE Manager position is $150,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
