Airswift is seeking for HSE Manager to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company. 
 
Position: HSE Manager
Location: Oman
 
Key Responsibilities Act as the main contact for all HSE matters in the fabrication yard. Ensure full compliance with COMPANY, local regulations, and CONTRACTOR HSE systems. Support the development and implementation of the Project HSE Plan, Emergency Plan, and related procedures. Advise project management and site teams on HSE issues and risk controls. Monitor, audit, and report HSE performance, including weekly reports to the client. Conduct HSE training, awareness sessions, and competency programs. Perform risk assessments and HAZID reviews. Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Address client observations and support client/third?party audits.  
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Relevant certifications: NEBOSH IGC/NEBOSH IDIP, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. Strong understanding of OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and international HSE standards.  
Experience Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in heavy fabrication yards, oil & gas, offshore structures, or EPC projects. At least 5 years in an HSE leadership role. Experience with major offshore clients in a lead capacity. Proven experience managing HSE for large?scale fabrication, lifting, welding, and offshore loadout operations.
