We believe that today’s talents are tomorrow’s global leaders and we are eager to brighten your future! We have an exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team in Mudanya Plant.

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks:

Ensuring full compliance with local HSE legislation and Prysmian standardsLeading health, safety and environmental initiatives across the factorySupporting “Zero & Beyond” vision with proactive safety and wellbeing programsConducting risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysisMonitoring and improving HSE KPIs and performance metricsPreparing monthly HSE reports and statistics, and sharing trends with leadershipOrganizing internal awareness trainings, legal briefings and safety stand-downsManaging communication and promotion of HSE monthly themes and campaignsCollaborating with site teams to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actionsActing as an independent HSE investigator when assigned by the Factory DirectorDriving a strong culture of accountability, prevention and continuous improvement

Who are we looking for?

The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical fieldMinimum 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing/industrial environmentMinimum Class B Occupational Safety Specialist CertificateSolid knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systemsStrong analytical, organizational and leadership skillsExperience in conducting audits, trainings and regulatory compliance trackingEffective communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organizationFluent in English, both written and verbal
