✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\n Manage HSE responsibilities with our site operation, adapting to changing business needs.\nProvide HSE and Business Continuity Management (BCM) advice, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with relevant statutory legislation.\n Work closely with multi-contractors and teams to promote a culture of safety and health.\nLead the charge in business standardisation efforts, ensuring adherence to the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and relevant HSE & BCM policies.\nMeet and assess annual Safety, Health, and Environmental objectives through our performance management system.\n\n

\n

✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING

\n\nPrevious health and safety responsibility in warehouse and transport environments.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver standardised programs and drive results.\nExperience in developing and leading teams is essential.\nNEBOSH General Certificate is desirable.\nFamiliarity with change management principles is beneficial.\nExperience or knowledge in automation will be an advantage for this role.\n\n
