Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HSE Manager to join our team on the Qiddiya Project!

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Assist Director Safety/Quality Assurance in the establishment and implementation of a job safety programs. Supervises the program to identify and eliminate or control hazards to persons or property at each facility. Represents the Program in all safety matters pertaining to internal and external activities. Monitors Program safety performance and conducts facility safety inspections and audits.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists the Director Safety/Quality Assurance in the establishment and management of the job safety program.Performs safety functions within the scope of the job safety program and within the limits of his capability.Performs accidents record analysis, and issues reports on a regularly scheduled basis.Monitors the safety performance of all employees, or in respect to one or more functions of the job safety program.May perform non-safety functions; however, safety duties are given a greater priority than non-safety functions.Conducts safety audits through review and analysis of performance of safety records and safety inspections of facilities in compliance with SHARP Management.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Supervision Received - Director Safety/Quality Assurance Supervision Given Internal Contacts - All Employees External Contacts - Clients, Suppliers, Government Organizations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors in Health or Safety related field, or equivalent and typically 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

Requires knowledge of Federal and state health and safety regulations and reporting procedures, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.
