Role Overview

Assist the HSAQ Manager in the HSE management of the Projects. Participate in implementing, monitoring, and updating the HSE Management System of the Projects. Organize and coordinate the HSE Surveillance of Contractors and evaluate their HSE performance within the Projects. Advise management on the implementation of risk analysis and management; propose the number and nature of resources required to manage safety engineering and operational safety. Support and provide guidance to site HSE personnel and all project teams on HSE issues.

Skills & Qualifications

BOSIET certification. Experience with Maintainability Reviews. Knowledge of Maintenance schedules and Maintenance practices. Strong understanding of HSE management systems. Excellent communication skills in English and French; Portuguese is a plus. Good intercultural skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering and/or HSE (environment, safety, process, mechanics, hydraulic, etc.). Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction and/or operation (Surface operations – Drilling – Construction) in Head Office or Affiliate, preferably with Safety Engineering experience.
