As a HSE Field Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing Safety Plans and risk assessment
Assessing execution of Job Safety Analysis
Managing HSE issues and concerns that may arise during job site or workshop activities;
Following up HSE concerns giving feedback to people and maintain a rigorous rhythm in execution
Participating in Investigating safety/environmental incidents conducting root cause analysis and contribute to implement corrective actions;
Supporting programs implementation identifying solutions to improve safety and environmental aspects
Leading HSE audits plans and inspections;
Reviewing and implement HSE programs and procedures ensuring compliance with all local regulations and BH requirements;
Ensuring audit/inspection plan is in place and completed on a regular basis from shop and site activities
Supervising field activities in order to guarantee the effective standard HSE defined in programs, procedure, Job safety analysis.
Supporting managers, supervisors and frontline employees in HSE culture shift, management system implementation, HSE Key performance indicators and resolving HSE related issues.
Continuously connect and liaise with customers, regional and operations managers.
Representing Baker Hughes in customers.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a degree in HSE, engineering or other HSE-related field.
Knowledge of local HSE regulations and of most widely used international standards.
Be fluent English.
Working knowledge of HSE management systems.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.
Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities
