Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation of HSE policies in line with Romanian legislation, client and company standards Assist in risk assessments, incident investigations, and follow-up actions Contribute to HSE reporting and documentation Help organize HSE trainings and employee inductions Support emergency preparedness plans and drills Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external authorities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or similar 2 years of experience (internships/entry-level roles welcome) English proficiency at B2 level.(German is a plus) Willingness to learn, travel occasionally, and work in a dynamic environment Driving license (Category B)
