**HSE Director**
We have an opportunity for an **HSE Director** to join our team at Honeywell, in Bracknell, where you will provide global leadership and oversight into the HSE function, activities and performance for the Sundyne Business, that has 5 manufacturing locations and numerous offices, establishing strong working relationships with the business, ESS leaders and manufacturing locations. In addition, you will also support 2 ESS EMEA locations.
You will report directly to the HSE and Business Resiliency Leader for ESS. You will be a key leader with the Sundyne Business, directing sustainable health, safety and environmental programs across the business through incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading practices and standards.
**This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model, with** **approximately 25% international travel.**

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Implements Honeywell and ESS Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs and standards while providing technical assistance and overseeing compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
+ Conducts site compliance reviews, ensuring standards are met, prioritizing actions, and driving execution of necessary measures.
+ Manages incident escalation and investigation processes to achieve optimal outcomes and prevent future incidents.
+ Drives performance by executing the Annual Operating Plan, Common Balanced Scorecard, and HSE metrics, while leading HSE communications in the EU and India.
+ Leads a team of HSE professionals, facilitates capital funding for various projects, and champions HSE risk reduction initiatives.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in chemical engineering, manufacturing, safety, environmental science, or a related field.
+ Extensive experience in progressive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles.
+ Proven leadership experience in managing HSE across multiple sites in complex manufacturing and chemical processing environments.
+ Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement in HSE performance.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on customer orientation and strategic thinking, along with success in leading and developing teams.
