Qualifications:

A Diploma (D3) holder in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, or related field). A certified professional with a valid AK3 Umum license from the Ministry of Manpower. Someone with 5+ years of hands-on experience as an HSE Officer in Oil & Gas projects (upstream/downstream). A detail-oriented expert in risk assessments (JSA/HIRA), HSE compliance audits, and incident investigation protocols. A proactive communicator fluent in English (written/spoken) and ready for on-site assignments.
