✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nLead and manage the safety strategy across the BACC contract at Heathrow Airport.\n Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including the implementation of the new Ground Handling Regulations.\nSupport and implement our Safety Management System (SMS), driving standardization and consistency across the BACC location.\nPromote a proactive Just Safety Culture that fosters continuous improvement and enhances safety performance.\nProvide direct leadership to the safety team, encouraging high performance and professional development.\nCollaborate closely with our customers and internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety excellence.\n\n

✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING

\n\nA strong health and safety background is essential.\nNEBOSH General Certificate is a must.\nExperience in the aviation industry is ideal, but we're willing to teach the right candidate!\nExceptional leadership skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.\n\n
