Wood Process & Energy is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our busy team on in Clitheroe, Lancashire on an initial 6 month fixed term basis. We are looking to offer this on a LTD Company contract.
The role:
We are currently recruiting for a HSE Advisor role to support our project in Clitheroe, Lancashire, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will join its construction management team on a batch chemical manufacturing site. Initially for a 6-month period with potential to move onto the next phase of the project. We are keen to hear from professionals with a genuine passion to make a difference combined with a keen eye for sensible risk management and a result focused approach.
The role will initially support the destruct phase of the project and candidates should have some experience practicing HSE in an industrial setting and bring fresh ideas to counteract typical HSE challenges encountered on multi discipline / contractor construction projects in a highly regulated environment. A forward-thinking approach is needed along with the ability to align stakeholders to common goals.
Functionally reporting to the service line HSSE Manager, the successful candidate will also form part of the Wood UK Operations HSSE Team and therefore have access to an extensive support network.
