Responsibilities: 

 General administrative duties such as data entry, general record-keeping, and document generation to support the HSE Team and the wider Project Team.   Responding to requests for HSE information.   Assist contractors with induction systems and processes.  Assist with on site face-to-face inductions.  Ensure records are gathered to meet the requirements of the Project WHS Management Plan e.g., plant, induction and training.  Undertake HSE Inspections of Project office areas and assist with field inspections from time to time.  Assist in the coordination of project training events including sourcing and booking venues, catering and assisting to prepare training materials.

 

Essential:  

Experience working within construction or resources is desirable   Strong administration skills    Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite capability   Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety  Bachelors Degree in related field
