Role Overview

Conduct comprehensive health and safety assessments to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement safety behavior programs to promote a culture of safety. Ensure compliance with general safety and health regulations. Provide training and support to staff on health and safety practices. Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for continuous improvement in HSE practices. Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective actions. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to health and safety.

Skills & Qualifications

HSE Expertise: In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Safety Behavior: Ability to influence and promote positive safety behaviors among employees. General Safety Compliance: Familiarity with general safety and health compliance standards. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop effective solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective training and reporting. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred. Certifications: Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are advantageous. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety roles within an industrial setting.
