We’re hiring an HRSS Generalist at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
As an HRSS Generalist you will assist with the daily duties of running the HR Department. May be asked to help with termination paperwork, FMLA, Workman’s Compensation, Benefits Administration, Appraisals, exit interviews and other duties. Ensures positive employee relations with the company’s HR department.
Primary Responsibilities Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions May assist with new employee background checks Assists with the HR system processing of terminations Schedule termination paperwork to be mailed. Assist with implementation of of HR process and procedures company-wide Responsible for filing terminations, LOA’s and appraisals in employee files Be a resource for managers when looking for appropriate documents and or guidance involving terminations and Leave of Absence.
