HRSS Benefits Analyst

As a member of the HR Systems Services (HRSS) team you will play an integral part in supporting our business partners in major HR technology initiatives, system administration, and providing world class customer support. In this role you will be exposed to multiple HR systems with a focus on primary administrator for our Benefits and PTO administration within UKG pro Core and UTA. You will provide support on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and will be involved in data maintenance of HR records in UKG Pro. Reporting to the HRSS Manager, you will work with a team of nine within HR Systems Services, while supporting a Human Resources department of over 110. You will directly support our corporate office, located in Calabasas Hills, CA. including over 47,900 staff members. Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: This role will function as the main system admin of our Time Off administration/configuration within UKG Pro UTA and Core. As well as being the system analyst for all Benefit Related integrations. Provide day to day support of our Human Capital Management (HCM), PTO, and ATS systems. Configuration of our systems to meet the business needs (e.g. processes, user interfaces, correspondences, etc.). Play a role in project initiation efforts by defining project scope and supporting the development of work plans, estimates, and timelines. End to end project support, including business requirements, analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation. Identify, analyze, and document process flows, system diagrams, and Best Practices/standard operating procedures (SOP’s). Maintain the integrity of our HR systems by working alongside the HRSS Analyst team to conduct regular system audits, streamline processes, increase data integrity, and provide valuable guidance to end users. Leverage system and process expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex system/user issues to drive resolution and determine root cause. Lead/manage issue resolution efforts across end-users, peer support groups, technical support teams, and vendors as required. Work closely with system vendors to resolve any systems related issues, implement required updates, and design/maintain interfaces. What we require: 3+ years of experience working in HR Systems. 2+ years of experience working within Benefit/Time off space. Especially working within companies that have multiple staff groups with varying Benefit and Time Off offerings. Have a grasp of general time off laws and set up of an HCM system for time off policies. 1+ years of experience working with an ATS within a multi-location/multi-concept company. Demonstrated knowledge of ATS and Talent related systems (e.g. job aggregators, assessments, CRM, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook). High School Diploma or Equivalent. What we prefer: Time Off Configuration set up in UKG Pro Experience working with Benefit vendors such as BSwift, Fidelity, Health Equity, etc. ATS/Onboarding experience working within iCIMS and Equifax. Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources.
