Eaton is seeking an **HR Solutions Specialist** to join our Corporate team. This position is based in the Philippines and plays a critical role in managing and enhancing enterprise platforms, driving automation, and supporting data-driven decision-making across global operations. We prioritize safety, wellness, and inclusion—and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment. + Administer and configure ServiceNow HRSD to maintain and enhance the HR service catalog and workflows. + Develop and manage dashboards and reports using analytics tools and Microsoft Power BI. + Own and support Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) for automation and reporting. + Manage access provisioning and maintenance for global applications (Quality, ZIC, and future platforms). + Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for technology rollouts and enhancements. + Create training materials and user guides for tools and processes. + Provide technical support and process automation (e.g., Excel macros, Power Automate flows). + Act as a solutions champion, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field (HR background is a plus but not required). + 3–5 years of experience in system administration, reporting, or process automation. + Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD (configuration and administration). + Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate). + Strong data analytics and reporting skills. + Experience with UAT coordination and documentation. + Excellent communication skills for global collaboration and training. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. + Familiarity with enterprise IT governance or platform management is a plus. **Yes!
