HRO Tech Services Direct (ADPR) Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager of Tech Services ADPR/Tier II in ADP HRO, you will be the strategic leader responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction, retention, and growth within a portfolio of key enterprise clients. You will oversee a team of Client Service Team Managers and serve as the senior point of escalation, advisor, and partner to clients leveraging ADPs comprehensive HRO solutions (e.g., payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, compliance, talent management). Your focus will be on driving value, optimizing service delivery, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or its equal in Experience). Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in client services, account management, or service delivery leadership, preferably within HRO, HR Technology, BPO, or related professional services. 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing client-facing teams. Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex enterprise client relationships. Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance (FLSA, FMLA, ACA, etc.), payroll, and benefits administration and Reporting is highly desirable. Experience with ADP platforms (e.g., Workforce Now,) is a significant plus.
