Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis: Understand and document business processes to identify automation potential. Solution Design: Architect efficient and scalable RPA solutions. Development: Code, configure, and build software robots using RPA tool -- Blue Prism Testing & Debugging: Thoroughly test automation scripts and resolve any defects. Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy robots to production environments and provide ongoing support and updates. Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, BAs, and IT teams. ##LI-DNI

Eligibility for a Sr. RPA Developer role typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5+ years of extensive RPA development experience. Proficiency with multiple RPA platforms, strong understanding of software development lifecycles, and experience in solution architecture are essential. Candidates must demonstrate advanced problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring capabilities. Senior-level RPA certifications and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex automation projects are highly valued.
