. Leads the daily activities of the TLM/HCM/Payroll/Tax team to ensure a smooth workflow is maintained and appropriate coordination with the US Counterparts. Monitors various standards including internal quality service scores, project completion times, rework percent, productivity targets and service level agreements are achieved.
2. Performs and or supervise all activities and necessary tasks in TLM/HCM/Payroll/Tax for ADP clients. Performs weekly, monthly, quarter-end and year-end audits. Responsible for being lead processing escalations for Payroll/Tax. Acts as a technical and functional resource for the ADP Teams
3. Assists the Associate Development trainer in the training and development of associates and provides input as to training needs.
4. Acts as a backup to Assist Manager and makes operational decisions where appropriate in the absence of the Manager.
5. Provides guidance and support to the team members to resolve queries/issues by utilizing extensive product knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
6. Responsible for handling escalations & addressing concerns in a timely manner for Carrier Connections & Team members.
7. Supervise daily operations and ensure daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed as scheduled.
8. Evaluate, develop and enforce the use of audit tools which support the ADP process.
9. Develop internal team members for Goals of the Process & Self Development.
10. Identify Process vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.
11. Supervise TLM/HCM/Payroll/Tax teams and provide directions, feedback and assistance whenever needed.
12. Develop and drive to completion plans for special projects, Issues Logs and ongoing requirements & manage the execution Year/Quarter-end, Annual Enrollment, Appraisals, BPI etc.
