ADP is hiring a TLM Consultant. In this role, you as a TLM Consultant are responsible to resolve software and hardware questions for clients using Time and Labor Management products. Provide solutions to meet client needs to automate the output of time and attendance calculations for payroll production. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements Proven track record for delivering exceptional customer service Aptitude to learn new software applications Fundamental understanding of (hardware, networks, routers, switches, IP addresses) Basic technical knowledge or experience in a technical field Excellent organization, prioritization skills and strong attention to detail Excellent soft skills Excellent communication (written and verbal) Experience in (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance) is considered and asset Ability to work in a team environment
