Position Summary: 

Kemper is looking for a talented and experienced HRIS Workday Specialist to work at our Chicago, IL office. The HRIS Workday specialist is a member of the team supporting and enhancing our HRIS system, Workday.

Position Responsibilities:

Interact and partner with HR and Technology teams to provide information and support pertaining to WorkdayDesign, develop and implement solutions to meet business requirementsCoordinate and schedule implementation dates (installation, change management, training, go live)Manage any operational or technical issue(s) through to resolution – escalate project risks as necessaryEnsure regular summaries of progress are provided to all key stakeholdersMust possess excellent judgement to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectivesProvide support for any issues raised to the HRIS team

 

Position Qualifications:

1+ years’ experience providing Workday HCM design and configurationExperience configuring and supporting one or more of the following Workday products is required: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, HCM, Integrations, Learning, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent or Time TrackingBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceCorporate Operations experience is a plusMust have excellent verbal/written communication, user interaction & interpersonal skills and work well in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environmentThis is a hybrid position out of Chicago, IL office. The range for this position is $68,000 to $113,400. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors.  This job is also eligible for our Kemper benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.)   Sponsorship is not accepted for this opportunity
