Summary: Seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday to manage complex configurations, enhancements, and workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or related fields preferred 3+ years of HRIS experience Prior experience with Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Performance ManagementPreferred Skills:
Experience with Workday implementations Experience with SAP HR/Payroll Software Knowledge of data integrity analytics, reporting, and system control practices Strong understanding of Workday's HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, PayrollResponsibilities:
Serve as functional consultant for Workday initiatives across multiple modules Design, test, and implement changes to business processes and workflows in Workday Participate in requirement gathering sessions and user acceptance testing Recommend and implement configuration enhancements aligned with best practices Analyze and resolve complex configuration issuesPay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
