HRIS Systems Analyst-Workday

Summary: Seeking a HRIS Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday to manage HR data integrations and support payroll processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field preferred 2+ years of HRIS Workday experience Prior experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Workday implementations Experience with data integrity analytics and reporting Knowledge of Human Resources, Compensation, and Benefits

Responsibilities:

Partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to resolve technical issues affecting HR data integrations and payroll processing Monitor Workday HCM Payroll integrations for employee data validation and issue resolution Support bi-weekly payroll cycles by validating employee data and reconciling discrepancies Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations in employee data processing

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
