Summary: Seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday to support HR data integrations and payroll processing.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields preferred
2+ years of HRIS Workday experience
Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Workday implementations
Knowledge of data integrity analytics and system control practices
Understanding of Human Resources, Compensation, and Benefits
Responsibilities:
Partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to resolve technical issues impacting HR data integrations
Monitor daily Workday HCM Payroll integrations to troubleshoot errors and resolve issues
Support bi-weekly payroll cycles by validating employee data and reconciling discrepancies
Ensure compliance with applicable government laws and regulations globally
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
