HRIS Systems Analyst

Summary: Seeking a HRIS Systems Analyst specialized in Workday to manage complex configurations, enhancements, and workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields preferred 3+ years of HRIS experience Prior experience with Workday modules (HCM, Benefits and Compensation, Talent & Performance Management)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Workday implementation(s) Prior experience with SAP HR/Payroll Software Experience in data integrity analytics, reporting, and system control practices Strong understanding of Workday's HCM modules

Responsibilities:

Serve as the functional consultant for Workday initiatives Design, test, and implement changes to business processes and workflows Participate in requirement gathering sessions and user acceptance testing Recommend configuration enhancements aligned with best practices

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
