Essential Function
The HRIS Reporting Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining HRIS reports. This position is responsible for understanding and documenting HRIS reporting requirements. Responsible for extracting the available data to create standard reports and queries on a weekly/monthly and ad-hoc basis.
Primary Duties
20% Runs regular audits over HR data and reports issues to be corrected
20% Create, generate, review and understand reports by using aggregate data from multiple sources to complete various analysis. Provide a reasonable level of assurance of the accuracy of the provided information and be responsive to inquiries from management.
40% Coordinate with internal and external associates on required weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reporting.
20% Create databases, including queries, forms, reports and macros that support HR processes and organization wide reporting.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of reporting experience. HR experience preferred.
SKILLS:
Solid understanding of database tables and structuresRequires intermediate to advanced level proficiency with MS Excel, including experience with v-lookup, pivot tables and creation of charts and graphsWorking knowledge with Oracle HCM system or related system; VBA and SQL coding preferredPower Bi experience preferredCompetencies and Attributes

The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
