Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategic direction, maintenance, and governance of our Oracle HCM ecosystem. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and Tech teams to optimize systems, support talent development, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oracle HCM Ownership: Manage daily operations, updates, enhancements, and governance of Oracle HCM, ensuring system integrity, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
-Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end HRIS projects—from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment—focused on improving HR processes and user experience.
-Process Optimization: Identify and implement system-driven improvements across HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning.
-Data & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and develop dashboards and reports to support HR, FP&A, and leadership decision-making.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to align system capabilities with organizational goals and talent strategy.
-Training & Adoption: Develop training materials and lead change management efforts to drive system adoption and user engagement.
-Compliance & Security: Maintain data governance and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree required; Oracle Certification preferred.
-5+ years of experience managing HRIS systems, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM.
-Experience supporting FP&A and talent development initiatives through HRIS tools.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate across departments
