Responsabilidades Generales

The HRIS Lead is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of Human Resources Information

Systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. This role manages a team of HRIS professionals and oversees HR technology

initiatives to ensure they support and enhance core HR processes. The HRIS Lead serves as the primary liaison between People &

Culture (P&C), IT, and external vendors, ensuring alignment between technology and business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)

· Leads, coaches, and develops a high-performing HRIS team to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.

· Oversees full-cycle implementations, configurations, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee

Central, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance Management.

· Manages SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP), including design, configuration, and maintenance of permission

groups and roles to ensure secure, compliant, and business-aligned access management.

· Partners with business stakeholders to analyze current HR processes and recommend system-driven improvements.

· Develops and executes the HRIS roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and future-state architecture.

· Leads HRIS projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, scope, and budget are met.

· Establishes strong governance processes for system design, documentation, testing, and change management.

· Serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical issues and integrations.

· Oversees testing cycles including unit, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Ensures compliance with internal controls (e.g., SOX), data security, and privacy standards.

· Identifies opportunities to enhance user experience through automation, analytics, and process optimization.

· Manages external vendors, ensuring effective delivery and support of technical solutions.

· Drives change management strategies, including stakeholder communication and training initiatives in both English and

Spanish.

· Maintains system documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal teams.

· Monitors system performance and data integrity, and provides insights through reporting and analytics.

· Ensures execution of all key controls including but not limited to SOX controls for role as per assigned roles within

established procedures and within approved delegation of authority and authorized limits. Responds to and reviews all

escalations or deviations that may be brought to his or her attention. Reports any exceptions to established internal controls

and documents any employee.
 

 

Educación y Experiencia Requerida

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HRIS/HR technology roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead capacity. Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance Management. Proven expertise in managing Role-Based.

Permissions (RBP) in SuccessFactors, including permission group design and access control strategies. Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written) - required.
